Typical Colour Temp?

Is the typical colour temp for T5 lighting 6000-6500K? Wondered as the lEDs ive been sent look like 4100K and I've found a uk site that will do them cheap, not cool or warm white just white and 6000-6500K?

white is normally 8-9000k.

What colour is marine lighting? I thought that was up there somewhere? Well I dunno what K to get these LEDs, my ones for the poco are so bright bit the last two lots I got were warm White so basically yellow then White but no where near as bright as the pico ones, actually darker than the standard T5 that came with it?

marine is normally around 10-15000 k.

sun/daylight is 5500K. shade/daylight is 6500-7000K 4000K is pink or should be. Arcadia Original Tropical are 4000K and we all know how pink they look!!! Very is the answer there. Arcadia Freshwater (or daylight) is 7000 or 7500K. can't remember the exact K.

Many people are also using the higher 8000K cool white lights as well.
