type of GF

i saw a goldfish in a store, it had the fantail, but it was slim, kinda like a betta shape mixed w/a commen goldfish body, and it was a lite pink. is that a real goldfish, or could it have been put w/the goldfish by accident?

Never seen one if it's a goldfish - why not ask the lfs about it?

Not sure what it is. Maybe a dyed Shubunkin? Pink is not a normal coloration for any Goldfish.

it was a really pale pale pinkish white, i dont think the store would have any died fish, its a really professional store. and it wasnt a Shubunkin, it was solid and thinner, the tail was longer 2

Even professional stores may sell dyed fish. If it was pale pink like that it may have been sick as well.

I sadly have seen some larger cichlids placed in tanks with the comets and shubunkins in the store

they werent chiclids, i know what they look like, maybe it was a betta type
