My female. Do you know what she is? It's got a kind of 'spade' like tail.
My male. This pictures just to show you his color until I put a mirror up for him to flare, don't want to right now because I want him to become relaxed first. But when his tail flares.. it's amazing. He's not a pure VT because his tail is very round when he flares, with a bunch of reds, blues and greens.
The female looks like a spade tail to me. Also in the pic of the male betta it looks just like a regular veil tail betta but I guess it could look different when it flares.
