Two Fish Died

Hey i brought 2 platys 1 week ago I have 3 other plattys and 3 other guppies in the tank, I looked in today and both of the same strain which i got just a week ago have died, can I take them back or be refunded?

PS: They tested my water and it was fine, i tested today using API master kit and its still fine

You should be able to get a refund if you have only had them for a week but it depends on what store you got them from, if the store is big you should be ok, take them back as soon as you can and ask for a refund.

How many gallons or litres is the tank.
How long did you climatise the new fish for.
Did the fish show any symtoms to go on.

Always check bag water in ph and temp. This way you know how long to climatise for.
