Hi I’m new here and I’m having difficulty figuring out what to do, So two columbian sharks I purchased arrived yesterday they came from freshwater I slowly acclimated them to brackish water from the aquarium, I noticed slight white/cloudy areas on the back of their dorsal fins, today I noticed the area is bigger an more visible the place I purchased them from said maybe it’s slime or stress, I attached some photos what’s steps should I take does it look like finrot? Temps are 26c ph 7.8 near nil ammonia salinity 1.005 and they’re 2-3 inches long in a large aquarium.

Best way to treat fin rot is large daily water changes

There's no pictures.

It is probably excess mucous caused by handling and the stress of shipping. Keep the tank clean and they should be fine.
