Honestly, from an economic standpoint I would have to choose the fish tank.
My reason are simple, so if you disagree that is your choice.

1. Upkeep - water, food, ferts, etc
2.Electricity - pumps, water heaters, uv filters, lights, powerheads, etc..
3. eventually your fish will die for some crazy reason and you will most likely replace them. Continuing your cycle of enjoyment.

However, i will fight to keep my tank all the same. There are plenty of other things that will go before the tank does.
So no worries! :good:

well, id have to say...

gut the tv, then seal it up and turn it into a new tank! Those old tv's are pretty big, I bet mine could hold at least 25 gallons.......

it depends......

60 inch lcd flat panel 1080p tv > 10 gallon algae infested piece of noisy, soggy bio~hazard

80 gallon tank beautifully planted with vibrant and colourful fish > dusty 12 inch black and white 70's tv

just my 2¢ :)

TV! Because I watch the fish tank more and often miss what I intended to watch on the TV anyway, so it may aswell go!

I'd get rid of the TV since I can watch everything on the computer. I usually only use the TV as background noise while I'm on the computer anyways.

Ironically though I currently have no fish tanks I sold them off last year planning to move, the move is finally coming up in a couple of months. :hey:

Hmm, I love my tanks.

But I cant play with my xbox360, wii, and ps3, and watch films on my fishtanks can I?

Iam afraid the huge plasma would stay, and goodbye fish tanks.

Mind you Id then cheat by keeping fish in my bath!

a pc is all you need :) a game console and tv in one.....

Ive got one mate.

But I love things. And I like to be able to play every game I like the look off. I got the Wii for the Zelda game, the Ps3 and 360 for their exclusives.
Mind you I do prefer playing games on my PC, it knocks the consoles into a cocked hat power-wise.
And I like opening her up and puttting new gubbins inside her.

The fish tank.
You can also watch the fish tank. Do you care about living beings that only live for a matter of years, or something that goes on forever.
