Turbo Snails

Hi I bought two turbo snails today for my Nano Marine Aquarium.When I put them in one has gone to the top of the water and sits at the water line and the other hasn't moved yet.
The salt strength is correct,Is there are problem does anyone think.Should I give them a chance to acclimatise?
I'm new so treat me gently.lol

Give them some time... They are generally nocturnal and so when you turn off the light tonight, they should start to move around.

did you float them in the bag
for a while and acclimatise
them like you do with fish
i did and mine are off like
turbos
