hello all i have a 45 g setup with my cichlids and would like to know the benifits or drawbacks of tuffa rock as opposed to driftwood which is better to use and how much of it any help would be awesome
thanks pete

Tuffa rock is good for african rift lake cichlids, and can help to buffer the water. Driftwood is not so good because it tends to do the opposite. You want to use as much as you need to create enough caves for all the fish, and of course it depends on personal taste.
