Tubifex Worms

Yeah I know what you guys/girls mean! When i first tried the tubifex worms last year not a single fish would touch them. But when i got my clown loaches i decided to give them another try and now they all love them! Well except for my prissy convict who decides after she took a HUGE bite that she doesn't like them and then spits them out! LOL

:D
hmm know what you all mean. ive tried the sticking on the glass trick - miserable failure - tried using a suction clip thing & stuck the cube on it - miserable failure, as soon as my yoyos spotted the cube & had a good go at it it fell off the clip , so now i just float them in the tank & everyone seems to be happy enough.... tiger barbs, neons, cardinals, danios, red eyed tetras swim up & grap a mouthful, yoyoys corys do the same,. well the corys actually spend ages swinging off the cubes up the top...........v cute if i could work out how to attatch a pic i would...but sorry cant :D

I break off a corner, get it wet then crumble it into the tank. I don't even turn the filter down much as the fish seem to enjoy the frenzy of chasing the little worms all over the place.

I usualy soak the cube then break it up into the flow off the power head spraying worms around the tank the fish go absolutley crazy for them!!!!! :D

I have Wardley cubes and mine only stick for 2 seconds. My fish dont seem to like them. I break off small pieces and feed them to my ADF via turkey baster. He loves the stuff.

I don't know why I bothered though, every single fish is totally ignoring them. :/
IMO, i don't think the fish can smell them. All my fish go to the top of the tank to get food when I come over, and then they shred the tubifex up. But if it gets lost in plants or is not visible to them they can't find it. Correct me if I'm wrong but this happens in my tanks.
