Trying To Id Fish, Listed As Crazy Fish

I seen a fish in my LFS labeled under Crazy Fish. The fish reminds me of a Hawkfish which is marine. It has the body structure of a longnose hawkfish. It has a shorter nose, for lack of a better term. The fish is mostly olive in color. It acts just like a hawkfish using its pectoral fins more like feet than fins. I provided a pic of a longnose hawkfish as an example.

That is it Butis Butis. Thank you for your help. Anyone out there keep one of these. It sounds like you can keep them in both fresh and brackish. I wonder how true that is. I hear people say you can keep Green Spotted Puffers in fresh but I don't think thats true.
