a decent lfs and went to new place today. all was looking good until i saw the bettas. they were in these plastic"keg cups" (as i call them). and there was all this weird green leaves and plants covering almost the entire surface of the cups!!! the poor little guys hardly had any way to breathe!! they were all very lethargic, especially the ones whose plant stuff was turning brown. being new to fish, i didn't say anything, but now i think i should go back and talk to them. this looked like a mom and pop shop, not a chain, pretty clean tanks otherwise...i don't know what to do.
