Tropical Fish

my sister has a tank with gouramis , guppies<millions fish> coradoras water is cloudy even after 25% water change,,,,,,set up for about a month now........lost 3 guppies to the grim today when she awoke.....please advise?

PS GOT HEATER AND FILTER WHICH ARE WORKING

it sounds like the tank has not cycled yet
I suggest that you do a forum search for cycling a tank

Is it possible to re-house the fish in a cycled tank for the timebeing?
