Not sure, i've seen some kind of tropical fish related game on the PS3 store a while back though but i didn't bother to look it up.
They should make a game like the sims but for fish tanks

Bigfish (a online place to purchase games) as got Fish Tycoon, where you need to make enough money to buy the upgrades, and more expensive fish eggs, raise the fish and try to breed all 7 of the specail fish. If that's the sort of game your talking about.
