Tropical Fish Food...

I tryed them choc bones my rabbits loved them when I had them.

I tried those Dog Bacon Chewy things, and they are really good!

Oh, those beggan strips? At least I think that's how it's spelled. I unfortunately had to basically try this one soft dog food/treat. I was in the dog showing ring and had nowhere to put the "bait". So, I shoved it in the corner of my mouth. It smells like really good bacon, unfortunately it didn't taste very good.

God Bless,
Joshua

What type of dogs do you show? I do agility with BC's (obviously by the screen name...)

I've never tried tasting any pet food (I'm a vegetarian) but I'll have you all know that my dog (a piggie Australian Shepherd-Border Collie mix) has decided fish food is yummy. I recently got that Aquadine free sample, and I put it back in the shipping box (which, btw, is sooooo cute! lol) and, stupidly, left it on a chair. Came back later that night after work to find shredded pieces of cardboard (the shipping box) and knew without a doubt that Jake had gotten at the food. And voila, I found the empty container downstairs. Oh, how sad I was, especially when I raced to the computer and found that the free sample giveaway was no longer available. *sigh*

My cat, Buffy, went anal over the empty container, too, trying to get at it when I tried to put it away.

You dudes are wired.

My next door neighbours jack rustle used to go mad for fish food when we used to look after it when she went on holiday. It would sniff around the bottom of the tank for an hour at a time. Just sniffing at the draws and trying to get into them.

Long before I became a vegetarian I tried Milk Bones. Not bad, taste like old, dry bread. Blecchh! I would never taste my fish flakes, I have to wash my hands after feeding to get the smell off!

What a strange thread this is! :hyper:

I can say for sure that I've never even been tempted to taste any of my fish or cat's foods.

I eat my fishes food all the time, but then i do feed them human grade seafood and shellfish

When I used to work at the LFS all the employees and myself would eat the bulk dog treats, the "oreos" were the best. We had "animal cracker " treats too. Turns out dog biscuits dont taste much diff than our food. The biscuits actually just have less ingredients added to them than our food.

That's awesome :)! I've shown Siberian Husky, Cardigan Welsh Corgi (For a friend of mine), and a Golden Retriever.

That awesome that you do agility with a border collie. I was trained with, and ran my golden retriever in agility for a couple years. Just 5 months ago I purchased an Australian Shepherd puppy to run in agility in the future. Right now I'm getting basic commands down and such since he don't really go on the equipment till he's a year old.

God Bless,
Joshua

Lol, I've definetely thought about it but I really hate the smell and taste of fish, and the smell just put me off.
