Trimming For A D.i.y Tank

Just in the process of making my first D.I.Y tank & would like to give it some trimming. So it matches my Juwel Rio 180’s. Not sure what materials I can use, does any one have any suggestions? Is it Formica that Juwel use?
I have very little D.I.Y knowledge, so any help is greatly appreciated

Judging by my Juwel Lido 100, I would say Juwel use Melamine Faced Chipboard - which you can buy from wickes and B & Q, and they sell edge tape too - http/www.wickes.co.uk/icat/mfcpmelfchip - not sure that helps you...
