Trigon 350, American Cichlids, Clown Loach, The Usual Variety.

quick update, salvini has been settling in and is obviously rather low down on the pecking order but its fins are starting to colour up really nicely. it has lots of personality and is certainly not shy. Had to shift all my plants to the front of the tank due to my rear light bar not working but they still are not getting enough light so i will have to get that sorted asap. Apologies on the merky water in the video i have just fed the fish some mysis.

Picture of my 2 scroungers. A ancistrus and unknown plec (panaque or peckoltia species probably)

Nope I did not make these although I have made some before but I cut the coconut in half so it made it easier to scoop everything out. I picked the ones in the tank up in a pet shop in the reptile department.

Nice set up and I love the sevs. That golden male looks great. Hopefully they won't destroy your plants. I have the same tank as yours and I've found as my sevs have paired off I've had to have a wee switch about but I didn't mind that.
I was planning on putting my discus into the 350 and removing the current stock to other tanks but we'll see how it goes.

Yes, I've a load of Nicaraguan fry as Minnnt pointed out. I have sold quite a few but they seem to be growing in numbers rather than decreasing. I counted over 60 and lost count first off and sold about 40, there still seems to be about 45+ so I'm confused.

Love the elliotis, they're real nice.

Thanks for sharing.

Looking awesome liam, your trigon looks huge to.

Thanks matey. Yours looks very good too. i love the rock hardscape in yours it suits your style of fish very well. The trigon is bigger than what people think to be fair and across the front there is a good ammount of swimming room but still i can't wait to upgrade.

Ah cool, when i come to getting another tank i will be sure to get a good group of fry off you if you still have some and will post them. I doubt the severums will pair but if they do i will probably move one on. Im getting a little fustrated with my elliotis to be fair, they keep claiming new territory and are just terrors i am contemplating maybe either getting rid or splitting the pair or moving them to my 3ft to try and have a go at bredding properly.

you might want to move the Anubias if its planted in the gravel. needs to be on a rock or bogwood

Nice tank though.

Thanks mate, Yeah its looking ok, think im wanting to upgrade myself soon though :D

Decided to change my tubes today for arcadia "fresh water lamp" and arcadia "tropical sunlight, not sure if I like the colours or not but hoping it will benefit the plants better than my 14k white lights.
