Trigon 190 - Multilux Lights Broken

Just been doing a water change on my tank and i found that my multilux lights wernt working, no a peep. I've modifyed the top to have a compact t5 and an addtional t8 25w at the front so didnt initially notice! The tank is almost a year old to the day - can i take my lights back? Dont know why the lights have stopped working ive tested the tubes and they are fine. Anyone else had this happen?
