Hi, has any one used their online mailing service. If so what was the service you recieved like (Good/Bad).

Well they're one of the UK's top shops so you can't go wrong. I've used them and they're great.
Just be aware that their water is very soft and acidic so acclimatise very slowly.

brilliant for me. Bought a tyre track eel about 5 years ago and was good service and got a L25 off them a month or so ago and he was excellent as well. Healthy with good packaging

I tried to buy some Bleheri as well and the guy said to leave it as not the best which was good to hear
