I’m planning to treat my tank mainly for flukes and I’m wondering shall I reduce tank volume while I treat ? I’m thinking if I half my water volume before I treat when it comes time for the second dose I can do a 50% top up and re treat the whole tank .. reason why is I hate chemicals and I’d like to be adding a substantial amount of clean water to the tank as I treat . Would this work or is it a massive faf about to achieve the same thing?

Can't see any problem with that as long as you always have the recommended dose in the water.

I don't understand what you mean.

Yes you can reduce the water level in the tank so you use less medication. But make sure the filter and heater still work.

If you do a water change before retreating, you do a water change.
