i loved that fish story. ya you should definatly call that airport an even ask to talk to a security person too. cuz you never know you might get a hold of some one thats all like " ya sure you may go pass" then some big buff berly man thats like "get rid of the fish"
Just gonna say i transported 2 big styrofoam boxes full of fish in cargo( told the lady first and she even put LIVE stickers on the box and this side up) and also a big cooler bag full of bettas on board. The bag went through the xray and security was fine. Everyone survived, no questions asked and my box did arrive right side up. But maybe i'm just lucky.
