Transporting Guppy Fry

At what age can I take some of the fry out the tank and take to a LFS to sell?
Guppies are breeding like rabbits at the moment and with this new tank they have a hidey hole in the first section of the built in filter system!!

They usually like them to be about an inch long so they can sell them on but depends where you go
