Totally New To Aquariums

Hello im considering getting a aquarium i am looking at getting a 60L square tank (£21) and would like to get a living coral set up. Was wondering if the tank would be good enough and also what i need to do to start off? Also i was looking into getting at least 4 Clown Fish 2 star Fish and a few SeaHorse with a mix of others just wondering how compatable these are and what else you would recomend?
