Will look into that defo! I think the wife has a google account aswell!

As for the journel. Well after looking at that young lad build his monster 300G jobbie on his own [he only 16 too for god's sake] I might knock my journel on the head! Very, very impressive!

He should set up his own reef building business!

Woo hoo! My seahare is back and he's munching away on the last remaining rock with algae on! At this rate i'll be taking him back in a couple of day's, especially as now my cuc have got their act together......finally! :hyper:

never under estimate the drive of a seahare, mine once climbed out of the water, over a wier and into my refugium to get at the more 'choice' algae.

nice looking tank the lights you got are gonna be fine for softies like xenia, star polyps, mushrooms and zoathids. avoid leather mushrooms as they get big and may block your lighting somewhat.

Thanks mate. Appreciate that. Its certainly a lot better than the day I had it. The guy who had the tank originally did'nt look after it. I'm suprised the fish survived!.....18 months without a water change! :grr: :-( :S

Thats all about to change now ive got it. gonna make it a beautiful tank........one day!

Hi all. Just an update! I've been told to start a journel, so people can mainly see the spec of the tank and its inhabitants. I've also added on there, the changes and additions that have been done in the past week.
I will keep updating as things progress on the tank as when I'm finally happy with it, it will be nice to look back to the beginning and see the steps I took and the results of the good advice given to me by you guys!

Very impressed woody, tank is looking brill.... lol now you can see it :hooray: . i would say you need a bit more LR yet but as ozzie said have a particular shape in mind/ or size and just buy bits at a time, my wife loves the things that appear on the rocks but complains when i pay £30 for a stone(as she puts it) lol so get bits as you can, thats what i do or should i say am doing and i will admit i need a fair bit more too yet, but with all that choice on offer its hard to say no to a crab, or starfish etc when your choice is that or a rock. lol
