Is there such thing as feeding fish too many veggies, is there a once a week rule or anything like that. Or are you able to feed them a piece once a day.

the pleco needs a steady diet of vegies, you need to feed him every other day on fresh vegies with a suplement of pelets or discs every day. you other fish wont feed straitly on them but it does help there diet. i suggest feeding zuchhni or cucumber.

I have been feeding them cucumber, the other fish do eat it though, they eat out the center and leave the rest, i feed my pleco everyday with pellets and algae wafers. I just wanted to know if there is such thing as too much veggies for them

Okay
I don't. I feed one piece of veggie a day, if i have it..
Flakes for my barbs and other fish

And pellets or wafers, depends which one I feel like putting in, for the bottom feeders.
If I put the wafers in, my barbs devour it before the bottom feeders even get to it...little buggers. So I will stick with the pellets once all my wafers are gone, the barbs don't seem interested in the pellets all that much

Im just wondering since your new and all, how big is your tank? Since there is a lot of fish that grow pretty big in there.

Oh ok, just making sure. Sorry about that. But i would still like to know how big it is.

well i hope you have like a 250 gallon tank for those fish....

the activity of bala sharks and the potential size as well as being schooling fish.... no.... not 120 IMO.

Shedd aquarium has about 4 12-15" bala sharks, these things really do get huge.

Have you ever thought to ask whether or not this person plans to keep these fish, whether or not they belong to this person...I have taken care of peoples fish in my own tanks, i just think that before you assume, you should question.
