You do realize that dojo loaches grow to about 12". That means you need minimum 48" long tank for them (my rule: swim length = 4 x fish size). Bio-mass wise, they are smaller than typical 12" tropical fish, so you can keep 3-4 in a 55g. None of your tanks are big enough to hold even one. They are also cold water fish, so you need to keep temperature no higher than in the mid 70s.
