Just wanted some info on ware shud i place my toadstool and what sorta flow /lighting it needs! i dont want to give it too much flow /lighting!

in your tank under halides i would go for on the substrate. In low-medium flow. Then moe it around if it doesnt fully open up

Thanks , how long shud i want befor seeing if it will fully open? 2-3days?

mine opened in half hour.
But ive heard of them sulking for upto a week. When i moved it somewhere it didnt like it went grey and smooth

Most of it is out Seems to be bigger in the fish shop tho ! shud the spikes go in when the lights go dim/off?

yeah mine closes up after dark. Give it a few days to settle and it should open out to be as big as it was in the shop. So long as its opening out a fair bit where it is there isnt any need to move it

Yeah mine opened up quickly but then took a couple of days to expand fully. Now its even bigger then it was at the shop.

Morning woke up this morning and all the spikes are out but at the lfs the spikes that are out had litter spikes these dont seems to be comeing out! could it be too much flow for the litter spikes? there is a fair bit flow but as the bigger spikes are out it means its happy right?

Tell me what you think? also is that too much flow?? it does look good tho! cant wait for the halides to come one while its all out! im thinking it needs tilting upwards? what you reckon?

looks orite to me, would be sulking a lot more than that in too much flow.
