I don't get it. There is a phone commercial where it seems the main selling point is that it is made with titanium. Why would anyone care? Whether the titanium is just trim or even the frame it is not going to make a phone work better. Ya, titanium is strong but I've machined the stuff and it is actually a gummy metal as metals go and unless made as an alloy, with such as iron, aluminum, vanadium, or molybdenum, is fairly easy to dent due to its low density. I mean it isn't going to stop a screen from cracking if dropped...
