my tank size is 300 liters i have 18 yellow labs they have bred in another tank but when i introduced them in my tank they haven't bred yet and Ive had them 4 months and i do 40% water change weekly and i feed cichild pellets, flake food, brine shrimp and peas. any tips would be most greatful :good:

Unfortunately with Cichlids you have to wait for them to pair off. Most cichlids are monogamous. They choose when they breed.

Get your water parameters right and you will have them breeding in no time. If everything is ok with the water just leave them another couple of months im sure it will come in time :good:

yellow labs are by no means monogamous. in fact trying to have them breed that way would prove fatal for the female. I would remove male by male until you have only 2-3 males and leave the females. Provide caves and other shelter for the females that are small enough so the male canno't follow her into them. Have a temperature of 80 degres f and sightly acidic ph. Hard water doesn't hurt and feed them a cichlid pellet food along with mysis shrimp (yellow labs can handle and thrive off meaty foods unlike most mbuna).

thanks for the tip ;)

I didn't know that. I know MOST cichlids are, and I was actually under the impression that almost all were. Thank you. You taught me something new :)
