Threadfin Acara

Hi fish lovers,
Has anyone ever kept or have any info on the Threadfin Acara? I have seen them in the lfs and they look really nice. Would they be compatible with other earth eaters e.g. jurupari and how aggressive are they? Are they plant eaters? Thanks

Yeah you can put them with other jurupari like cichlids and they shoul be housed in a 45g tank or larger, they arnt really agressive and can have a large range of tank mates. As for the plants they would eat them or rip them out.
