This Light Should Work Right?

it is a full spectrum compact flourecent light that I am using to grow plants in my 2.5g tank.

The key thing with lights are that they are full spectrum, which these are. They sound perfect. The only other things is the K rating, which isn't vital, but avoid ones with very high K ratings, i.e. over 10k, as they tend to have lots of blue light in them.
