That's a new one. Any chance you could get a screen-shot or something similar when it happens? What is in the text may mean something to Tolak or William, and/or they may be able to take the text to the help line for the board software.

Vista and safari, I've tried it in chrome, firefox and IE8 and they all come up with the same problem.

perhaps connected. I just posted in this thread look see if i try to edit the post i get this

neither the save changes nor the use full editor buttons work, though cancel does. lol
if i try to add another post, the comment appear in the original. if that makes sense.

I'm using firefox 3.6 with the ip board classic blue import skin.

That's never happened to me with Vista and IE7 but it often takes several clicks of the edit button to get it to work. Once it opens it's fine. I don't know if this is a related problem or not but I thought I'd mention it.

its never happened to me, before, either. but after trucks post, i though it was worth mentioning.
incidentally I'm on XP pro SP3
