hrm. good advice there...


i just took the gravel out of the betas tank coz i had newer- more smooth gravel... i'm guessing i should wait a good long while ? there's a live plant in there though...

The Whisper 10 is what I have in my 3 betta tanks. They do create some surface disturbance but not much (I do keep mine turned down though since the bettas don't like much flow). You can leave the water level down slightly to allow some splash as the return goes back into the water.

in a couple days when i change out some of the water, i'll just not fill it as full. yesterday the fish were playing in the ripples, it was pretty funny to watch.
