The developed eggs will be primarily black and you should be able to see the fish's eyes and body.

Normally you put the date they were laid not an estimated hatch date. Contact the supplier and see what that date means. And ask them for directions about hatching the eggs.

I'm assuming they are Nothobranchius killifish eggs?

OK. They've been in water for a week now. No sign of any hatching yet.

How long should I give them before I give up?

Most killifish eggs take a couple of weeks to hatch. See if any are black and have eyes.

As long as the eggs aren't white or fluffy, they are fine.

None are white or fluffy (fungussed and/or dead, I take it?)

Yes, white eggs are dead/ sterile. White fluffy eggs are covered in fungus.
