Think my fish has dropsy

My guppy is showing the signs of dropsy!! large stomach and there is three red spots on its belly!!! could someone please give me advice?

Are you sure she's not gravid - guppies look like they're about to explode just before the fry are born.

I've just moved the fish into a wee breading tank to keep away from the other fish, and one of the red spots has by the looks of things busted and is sticking out!!!

What do i do? need help

Alright hold on. What is sticking out of the red spot? How big are the red spots? Is she acting strange or lethargic?

By the looks of things its the fishes belly, pretty ugly i know and really don't no what to do!!! Its still in the wee tank alive but douth the well part!!!

There were only three red spots on its belly before they burst!!

Any suggestions??

Another syptom of drosey is the scale start to stand up, so i've been told.

It REALLY sounds like dropsy to me. Try using marycin, but it may be too late.
Make sure the water is clean because one of the causes is poor water conditions.
