Yeh I'm interested to see what happened about this, I would seriously be asking my bank to prevent a payment going through to the store.

I would expect the payment has long gone through, and unless it's on a credit card, you'd have problems getting the bank to act quickly

I am sorry this hasnt worked out, I had a really bad experience a while back and it put me off shopping online for fish.

But then someone recommended Wildwoods http/tropicalfishfinder.co.uk/shops_detail.asp?id=54 they generally will post the same day if you order before 12, they are really professional and everytime the fish were very well packaged and in perfect health.

You can phone your order through as well, or just call to chat to them before you order, cant rate them highly enough.

With your current order, send them an URGENT marked email, saying you request a refund to be made within 7 days or you will be contacting Trading Standards

Right, I've most definately waited long enough now!!!! Just sent him a high priority email asking for a reply regarding the return of my money or the delivery of the fish within seven days or i'd be contacting the trading standards.
