what would u say is the perfect clean up crew for a 24 gallon mano tank

could sum one name them iam looking for the best mix that will thrive on different types of algea

to begin with i'd get a mix of snails:
nassurius to turn over the sand bed.
and a mix of trochus and turbos.

some hermits would be good also but without enough food they have a habit of eating the snails and taking their shells!!!

Would agree with the snails above, cerith snails are also very good for both moving the sandbed and cleaning rocks/glass and detris eating.

I wouldnt recommend hermits. I have never had good experiences with them and no matter how well they are fed or how many extra shells you put in for them they still like to murder snails (which imo are much better cuc).

Start with a low CUC 2 - 3 Turbos or Trocheus I prefer Trocheus seem to do a better job than turbos
2 - 3 Nassrius / Cereiths Tongan NAssurius are very good for sand turning
2 - 3 Hermmits not had any issues with them killing snails but I feed my tank heavily but have a good filter to deal with it.

ill go have a look at these different cuc how many do u recomended i put in the tank at once or should i buy them seperate and add them a few weeks between each other

They can all be added at the same time they just need to acclimitise for a good 60 mins
