they actually have a mechanical setup where they can change 6 or 7 bottles at a time, but yah, thats a lot of water changes....and a lot of whiskey that has to be drunk beforehands

I remember reading a site about the breeders

said they may have 100k males jarred at any 1 time and huge concrete fry grow out tanks.

Do you have a source? Would like more info on finding out about breeding conditions like this.

what source do you need? it's common practice in any large scale betta farm in the south east. nothing wrong with it IMO.

Many of the fish die when exported. They have to make up for the loss, even if it may seem somewhat callous.
