The Biffster Micro Tank

Our sump is named 'the sin bin' :D consists mainly of a regal tang followed by an undulated trigger and followed by their many minions consisting almost entirely of damsels, mainly dominos or humbugs.Cant say i ever added an invert to the group, id feel mean!!! I do have claud the crab unknown species but a holy terror), ursula the urchin (loves to tip over liverock) and Mr Googles the Mantis until my tank is cycled for him!!! Always space for the oddball crustacean that deserves a chance... but i am a soppy git, even the spare brittle star collection is growing when they fall off liverock!! oops!

test results are as follows

nh3/hn4 trace

po4 0

no3 0

no2 0

ca 390 ppm

PH 8.2

when i say the ammonia is a trace
its hard to distinguish whether
there is any or not so i don't
know whether this is a good test results
or not in salt water
the whole thing as only been up and running for
two weeks i have done small water changes
of 2 or 3 ltrs every time

Results are fine Biff :good: expect there is no trace of ammonia as there is not a trace of nitrites :good:

So, what are your plans next?

been looking for this post to ask
you the same question do you think
cuc mrs biffster keeps finding more
little critters

Start small but yes, think it is time for a cuc :kana:

Choose a nice dwarf hermit, get something colourful, which is nice to watch, maybe a halloween, blue legs seems to be good workers as well - don't be tempted to mix your hermits, just get one for now along with a turbo snail and a few vibex, about five to clean the sand.
