Hi all, this is going to sound stupid but i cant find a number to get in touch with tetra to order a new shut off valve for my ex1200, could someone please help with this or advise of a shop that will sell them direct.

1-800-423-6458 this is the number from the wbsite tetra that I log into. Don't know if you should swap the 1 for a 0?

Hi lucylou, just tried to ring the number (with the 0 or the 1 to see which worked) and both of them said number not recognised
