Tetratec Ex700 And Juwel Rio 125

Hi all,

I have a Juwel Rio 125 and I'm thinking about buying an Tetratec EX700 external filter to replace the Juwel internal filter.

Does anyone have this combinastion of filter/tank? I have one question before buying, do the inlet/outlet plastic pipes fit in the cutouts at the back of the tank designed for cables? I want the access flaps to lie flat with the inlet/outlet pipes sitting in the cut out.

i had the EX600 on the rio 125 a while back and positioned right the flaps did sit flush, the EX700 pipework i would imagine isnt much different.

I am currently setting up a rio 125 with the EX7, but i doubt very much if there be any problems but you could always just cut a tiny amount out of the flaps if it doesnt fit quite flush
