Tetras

this morning when i woke up i was counting my fish to see if there r 7 but i counted like 10 times and there were only 6, then i looked up everywhere and say one (the biggest one) stuck in the holder of my underwater filter, i quickly released the fish now its swimming upsidedown all over the place
its gonna die right?

well not necesarily, one of my corrys got stuck behind my ipf cradle, when i relised him he floated up to the top, then he swam around on his side i thought that was it, after a while he perked up, that was a few weeks ago now he's been fine ever since, so hope yours is ok :)

they should be ok when mine were alot smaller they used to get stucked up me filter and i find them in the external tank, swimming around they fine now and bigger, my corys get stuck as well , just takes them a while to settle back down after thats all. mainly when the plec shifts the log to get at the banjo's food! only once this week which is good!

The rummynose died about 2 hours later.....
how did it get stuck up there ? what can i do to stop this from happenning again?

a good friend of mine has had enough of his goldfish tank (been runnin for 3 years) and he dosnet want anything from his tank filter ect...
if i add that filter(External) to my tank and a few ornaments will that help speed up the cycle?? by how much?
