Tetras

I wasnt intending to use them for cycling im doing a fishless cycle i think its cruel to put them under such harsh conditions

Hi,

My hubby keeps silver tipped tetras. The males are a deep orange in colour while the females are more yellow. Its not just a flat colour but a shimmery one.

On a down side the male can be a bit bossy and at times rules the front of the tank. They grow to about 2" I believe.

the black neons are not actually related though; they're a different species

didn't know that, learnt something knew today.
