This is an update after more than a month.
For nearly a month the fish showed no signs of deterioration or improvement.
Lately I've noticed signs of deterioration, the fins on some of the neon tetras have gotten smaller,
and now one of the Cardinal tetras also has some signs of that white patch.
I don't know if its fin nipping, as one of my neon tetras is very aggressive towards others,
he was the only neon tetra in a school of cardinals which were the first inhabitants of the tank.
He is now showing aggression towards the newer neon tetras, but not towards cardinals.
I took some pics, as I really don't know if its fin rot, or something else.
