Tetra Brilliant Sponge Filters?

Does anyone have a source for Tetra Brilliant sponge filters in the US? Or do they simply not make/import these over here anymore? I found one or two (possibly out of date) online sources for replacment sponges, but nobody seems to carry the whole filter. For all the praise these things get, why are they so hard to come by?
