90lsetup community neons the usual, 2 cherry barbs 2 glowlight, 3 platy 1 angel,
2 red eye and 3 tiger barbs
thats the problem the 3 tigers having had them for a year now are destroying the peace
2 in particular are chasing each other and everything else
i had to get a neon out lastnite when the light went off they were killing
1 tiger barb is very peaceful should i keep him and donate the other2 or is that just crazy
i had 3 lost fish in two days now 2 platy frightened silly and the neon

Schooling fish can be very aggressive if kept in 2s and 3s as you have them. The only remedy is to sort out the stocking. Ideally, you will pick one species out of the neons, cherry barbs, glowlights, red eye barbs(?) and tiber barbs. Then you replace all the others with the species you like best so in the end you have about 10 fish of one species, angel and 3 platys.

As Kat says, in twos and threes, fish prone to aggression will be more aggressive and fish prone to being scared willl be more scared. Schooling fish should be in groups of 6+ to spread aggression or lend a sense of security to the timid fish.

i used to have 6 neons and 6 platy and those are whats been killed off
2 red eye tetras sorry getting bossy too towards the tiger barbs and the angel

There really is only one solution. I recommend that you keep the glowlight tetras.

I still agree with Kat, the Red Eye Tetra will be nippy in small groups as will the barbs. Even if you increased the numbers there would still be issues keeping them with Angels (I was lucky and got away with it as my Red Eyes think they are rainbowfish). Rehome your cherry and tiger barbs and Red Eyes (see if your lfs will take them) and increase the numbers of glowlights.
