Tank Upgrade

Hi, my tank is fully cycled and I currently have 3 neon tetra in a 20l tank. I would like to get a larger tank but I am unsure how I would transfer the fish etc..

Would it be ok to transfer everything including the filter from one tank to the other and then add the fish when the temperature is the same? I only have one filter and would like to avoid buying another if possible.

I hope your new tank is at least 60L in size?
 
Anyway, Just put everything into the new tank apart from the filter, Leave that running in the old tank.
 
Use most of the old tank water in the new tank the fill the rest with clean stuff. Leave to heat up and then add fish plus filter. Off you go.

I would get at least a 60 liter upwards and up neon tetra schhol size to 7.

Thank you. Is it ok to add more gravel as the current tank doesn't have enough?
