This is going to show how my tank got transformed
It started with the first two pictures
It then changed to the 3rd picture
It is now finally complete in the 4th picture I just want to get some hairgrass to go around the coconut caves and possibly by some off the wood. Any comments on how to make things look nicer or anything like that is appreciated I just want my tank to be natural for my fish thanks from Tom

WAYYYY better than the first pictures with the clow puke substrate! I like it :)

Thats is a remarkable difference! The substrate change did wonders for your tank.

If you want comments on how to improve this even more, I'd suggest putting in some tall plants, stem plants like hornwort, elodea, cabomba that sort of thing, will help to create more depth and height.

What about a darker background? will help to bring out the colours of plants and fish perhaps

Very well done

Wow, what a difference!
If this transformation doesn't make anyone want a more natural tank, I don't know what will!

I love it!

What plants did you use?

Some crypts in the front and a black background would be the only thing I would add!

Good job! :good:

I'm not sure what all the plants are I know there is Vallis at the back and some dwarf hairgrass by the coconut cave on the right but other than that I have no idea about the plants. I was thinking about adding some more taller plants in to the tank but I don't like backgrounds so I don't think I would have one from Tom

Thanks everyone who sees it thinks I have got a new tank but I just gave it a make over. The thing I like about it is that it's more natural and so is my stocking before in the 110 litre I had 40 fish from 15 different species where as now I have 25 smaller fish from only 4 species. It makes me happier thinking that the fish think they are in the wild rather than in a bad fish tank with no natural stimulation from Tom
