Tank Stocking Idea! Any Suggestions?

Hey I've got my old 55 gallon tank running again and thinks of stocking it with...

A school of 15 (minimum 20 max) Neons
A school of 15 (minimum 20 max) Harlequin Rosabaras
1 Pleco (In Regardless)
5 Cory Cats (In Regardless)
3-5 Blue Rams
and 3-4 Bolivian Rams.

Would this be good? or should I get some more Rams or more tetras in their like Black Skirts??

Any help would be great! Also I've had no experience with rams but done lots of research, still not convinced however I know angles will eat neons... will the rams?

.... i think your stock looks fine, but your tank will need a good filter.

got a topfin 60 and aquaclear 50 on it 110gallons of filtration and I'll be adding a 45 gallon canister that I'm getting for free from my buddy whos moving and he's just had it sitting in his room for 2 months, brand new
