Tank So Far ... 45 L

Hi,

I really should have started a journal thread for this. Instead I am posting regularly about where I'm currently up to / stuck with it.

Anyways, after lots of support from fellow members of fishforums and to a lesser degree the LFS (the LFS can be difficult.. )

My little nano tank looks like this: -



I have: -

45litre nano
5kg of LR
koralia nano
HOB filter and HOB protein skimmer
18 w solaris light unit

2 x nasarious snails
1 x (large) emrald crab
2 x small orange hermit crabs
1 x cleaner shrimp

1 x percula clownfish
1 x red fire fish

Still looking out for: -

1 x blue tuxedo urchin
1 x royal gramma
and some corals - I know very little about corals hence my last post re's lighting requirements.

I am doing about a 25% water change each week and topping up with RO regularly.

Agreed. I reallly wanted to two b&w percs, but no LFS within a 20 mile radius seemed to have any in stock.

yeah they should be!

make sure its a noticeable difference in size! preferably smaller! i had a pair like that. O&W with a B&W they were lovely
