Tank Revamp

My tank needed some help after I got back from vacation. All my plants had died in the heat
and my bog wood had yellowed the water something nasty, so I did a massive water change,
restocked the tank with hornwort, and added sand to the setup. Here's before:

Plus a closeup of my nerite to boot.

Next on my list is adding more stem plants, as well as some corydoras.
The giant white thing in the middle of the tank is java moss pressed between mesh
by the way. It was on my bog wood until it fell apart. ​

It's java moss, that's how I grow it into mats.
